Why I’m Starting Something New
A more personal space for stories, reflections, and the things that keep me going.
For the past few years, I’ve written and shared a lot under the name Happy Gut For Life. That space has been focused on gut health, healing through food, and supporting people (like me) who’ve lived with chronic illness and found their own path forward.
But I’ve realized there’s more I want to talk about.
Not everything fits neatly into the world of coaching or nutrition. Some things are harder to explain—but just as important. Like why a certain song stays with me when I’m having a hard day. Or what it’s like to rewrite the same scene in a novel five different ways. Or how cooking a simple meal brings me back to myself.
So this space—my name, Sherry Lipp—is where I’ll write about all of that.
I’ll still share thoughts about food and wellness, but in a more personal way. I’ll talk about books I’m reading, shows and movies I’m thinking about, music I love, and the stories I’m writing (and rewriting). Some posts might be messy. Some might be short. But all of it will be real.
If you’re someone who’s interested in living with intention—even when it’s hard—or if you just like hearing how other people navigate creativity, illness, and life, I hope you’ll stick around.
And if you came here from Happy Gut For Life—thank you. It means a lot.
You can expect more about what I’m doing, what I like (or don’t!). If you ever want to reply, comment, or share your own story—I’d love that.
More soon.
